I am registered in California, United States. The site provides an online marketplace for the following goods, products, and/or services: custom handmade featured items. In order to help make the Site a secure environment for the purchase and sale of Marketplace Offerings, all users are required to accept and comply with these Terms of Use. You agree that by accessing the Site and/or the Marketplace Offerings, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND/OR MARKETPLACE OFFERINGS AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases of the Marketplace Offerings made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by me. I may change prices at any time. All payments shall be U.S. dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize me to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. Returns & Refunds of purchases are permitted and negotiable under valuable circumstances.
Thank you for visiting and shopping at handmadebydezzyy.com! Handmadebydezzyy ships all of our orders via USPS, UPS, & FedEx. You should receive an email or text update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
All orders are processed within 2-weeks. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If I am experiencing a highvolume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email or text with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Handmadebydezzyy is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.)

Order Cancellations
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
Returns
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
Shipping
To initiate a return, please email me at desireeberdiago@gmail.com. My shop requires a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
All returned merchandise should be sent to me at [Address is given privately], Vallejo, CA, 94590.
For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by me, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
Refunds and Exchanges
After We have received your valid return, I will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted, I will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, I reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
